Confident Cooker

Thanks to my sister's awesome butter chicken recipe (that I have totally mastered) I feel pretty confident in my Indian food cooking skills. On tonight's menu: Chapatis with spicy potato filling, aloo gobi and sweet potato dal. Oh yeah.
