How many servings of something that is zero points can I have before it turns into a point? I got some single serving broccoli and cheese steamers and some soups that have 0 points..I just want to eat large quantities of these and magically become skinny.

well, a good rule of thumb is that if it's more than 50 calories, it's a point. but in the case of those broccoli meals, it's high in fiber. so i would say as long as the fat is under 1 gram, it'll stay under a point.
